2. Do you carry pre-made table pads?
No. Just as our company name suggests, each of our products is manufactured on a customer-by-customer basis. New table pads should be tailor-made for individual furniture pieces. The end-result is more visually appealing, as well as more effective against surface damage. For this reason, we – as well as other table pad companies in the industry – avoid stocking pre-made table pads. [Back To Top]
3. What are the shipping rates on international orders?
The cost for shipping an order internationally depends on a few factors: the destination, table pad size and urgency of the order. If you’re interested in having a Table Pad order shipped internationally, send us an email us at email@example.com, or give us a call at 1-800-379-7237 for more information on how we can help you. 4. How do I measure my table correctly?
It’s easy! Measuring your table for a custom table pad takes no more than about 10 minutes. To take measurements, all you need is a tape measure. Place your tape measure down the center of the table – measuring both the length and the width. While measuring, be sure to keep these important points in mind:

10. What sets your table pads apart from other competitors’?
Table Pads Custom utilizes the latest technology and highest quality materials to fabricate our products. It’s important to us that our customers fully enjoy their table pads, and get the most out of them for as long as they’re in use. Manufactured with a light, durable fiberboard inner core, our products offer a variety of benefits. Other types of table pads in the industry simply fall flat when compared to our innovative, totally customized solutions. Some of the many advantages of our table pads include:
11. If my table pad arrives and doesn’t fit, what happens next?
Our team has years of experience with manufacturing table pads per our customers’ specs. Normally, we’re able to catch and resolve measurement errors before the manufacturing process begins. While it’s not often that a customer isn’t satisfied with their table pad’s fitting, it can happen from time to time. If our measurements are incorrect and you receive an ill-fitting table pad – don’t worry! We’ll create a new pad for you for free. Even if you provide us with incorrect measurements, we’ll still only charge you a portion of the initial cost. Whether it’s your error or ours, your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. 12. Why are table pads so important? Aren’t tablecloths, mats or trivets sufficient?
The fact of the matter is: table pads offer unparalleled protection for a wide variety of surfaces. Tablecloths, mats and trivets simply don’t shield surfaces as well as table pads. You won’t have to worry about:
Once your table is damaged, you can either opt for repairs, or continue to cover the damage as best you can. Taking preventative action is the best way to avoid unneeded hassle and other problems. Table pads are flexible, durable, and aesthetically pleasing solutions to costly furniture damages. [Back To Top]
13. What if I’m concerned about making measuring or patterning errors?
You probably have no cause for concern. There’s a good chance you might not have to worry about measuring or pattern-making. Table Pads Custom has years of experience in the table pad manufacturing industry. We have numerous table patterns on file, based on clients’ table model numbers. If you provide us with your model number – normally located underneath a table – we might be able to simply create a pattern for you without any effort on your part. Even if the pattern number we need isn’t on file, a rep will either measure your table in-person, or we’ll talk you through the process via phone. We always carefully evaluate table measurements before processing orders. Our factory employees are seasoned professionals and can generally spot errors before a finalized product is produced. So, if there’s a potential problem with your table’s pattern, we’ll notify you immediately before moving forward. If you need assistance with patterning your table, give us a call at 1-800-379-PADS, or email us at email@example.com. Be sure to include your contact information. The measuring process is quick and easy – especially with a TPC rep’s assistance. [Back To Top]
